Love him or hate him, you can’t deny that James Stewart can ride a dirt bike. A couple weeks back, he made the world’s best look like they were standing still.
Alpinestars pretty much locked me down for the whole summer and the results from our work with Alpinestars are finally starting to trickle out. First up was the Villopoto Tech 10 Ad from the Motocross campaign shown above. They also contracted me to style their moto catalog (some pieces of this can be seen on their website) as well as creating their Apparel ad campaign. As more comes out, we’ll update this post & post more but it’s exciting to see that this summer’s work is finally coming to see the light of day!

We were up in
Valhalla Mammoth last month for the Mammoth Motocross to ride mx, DH mountain bikes and hang out with friends (like that needed to be said). Of course, the Canon was in tow so we shot photos, photos and more photos. Feel free to instagram these out for personal use, just please photo credit @valhallascott – If a brand would like to use one or you’d like a copy for personal use, let me know. I have much larger files & am easy to work with. Loads more after the jump…
My friend / pseudo-brother Michael Sleeter (aka @sleetdawg) flying around the Pala track on a 2-stroke mx bike. Sounds so good…
Our friend Jose down at Shilo just directed this video for DC Shoes featuring Robbie Maddison at the airplane graveyard. Pretty good way to waste 10 mins of your day.
Valhalla would like to give a shout out to our long-time friend Michael Sleeter (that’s right we said Michael, his dad’s Mike to us) for his recent performance at Loretta Lynn’s (mx race), bringing home a 2-stroke championship & 4th in 25+ racing against the likes of Ricky Carmichael & Robbie Reynard.
Good job, amigo.
To read more about Sleeter, check out his recent interview on RacerX.

The Mammoth Motocross went down a couple weeks ago & we were there hanging out with old friends while trying to get hurt on dirt / mtn bikes & shooting photos. Check after the jump for more photos of the event & good times up there.
The start of the 2012 supercross seasons started this past weekend in Anaheim. It’s a lot like a fun, one-day, trade show. This year was no different, meeting clients, seeing friends & taking in some racing. Check after the jump for more photos!Gimme some more. Post a comment (1)
Nike covers all the action sports bases with this unique night-shot trailer. I have to admit it’s pretty cool that they’re giving action sports athletes close to the same coverage as stick & ball athletes.

This post was just too big to have all at once. This segment is about the world famous Carlsbad Raceway, the home of one of the funnest motocross tracks ever and multiple USGP battles. Oh so much more after the jump
